Not much new to report. The house hasn’t sold. David doesn’t have new health insurance. Any questions? I really don’t know what to say. [...] After yesterday’s movie post, I thought I’d tell you what not to watch when you or your spouse is sick or chronically ill. Dying Young Love Story Steel Magnolias Anyone else have any movies I shouldn’t watch? David’s rheumatologist wants him to try the Celebrex. Apparently there is a derivative of Sulfa in [...] I love movies! With David’s arthritis, there’s not a lot of fun things for us to do, so we watch a lot of them. Netflix is one of the greatest inventions ever! Not only to we get actual DVDs in the mail, but we can watch hundreds of movies on Instant Watch on our computer or through the XBox 360. Here’s a list of my favorite movies. Please note, I am not recommending you watch these. Some of these have lots of violence and bad language. These are just the ones I like. Do a lot of research before you sit down and watch any of these with your mother or children. [...] David and I took a little weekend getaway this weekend. Well, actually it was a staycation, but we slept in our guest bedroom and showered in the guest bath, so it felt like a getaway. Because of David’s arthritis, we couldn’t go do all the fun Dallas stuff, but it’s okay, we’ve lived here all our lives and we’ve been to the Arboretum, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, the Dallas Museum of Art and the Dallas Summer Musicals many times.
