Healthy Food Fast

With David’s chronic illness, eating right is very important. Here’s a few things I do to help us eat healthy food fast. I cut up fresh fruits like melons and veggies like carrots as soon as I get home from the grocery store and put them in single serving size containers or baggies. I also do this with almonds and walnuts (Hooray for Omega 3s!). I even slice tomatoes for sandwiches ahead of time. This saves me so much time when I’m packing lunches. [...]
