Home for Christmas in Texas

28 Dec

David and I are home for Christmas! It’s so good to be back in Texas. This summer when we were here on vacation, we rescued a stray, and we’ve done it again this time. We’re still waiting for animal control to be open so we can take her to the shelter. My parents have been [...]

Our Trip Home to Dallas

I mean, I love my dog, but I would never have considered asking anyone to be stuck in a car with him for two days. My in-laws (as well as myself and pretty much everyone who knows David) were worried about David driving for two days.

Click that little birdie on the left to follow me on Twitter! A lot of people have said things like, “God will use David’s arthritis to teach you something,” or “You’ll be a better person for having gone through all this.” I don’t feel like I’m a better person than I was a year ago. [...]
