I liked Jane Eyre, Love Comes Softly (I've read a lot of Jeannette Oke's books) and also like Jodi Picoult's and some of Nicholas Sparks. I've read some of Karen Kingsbury too--they are nice stories but one dimensional and predictable.

You should check out www.shelfari.com or goodreads.com. They are both good for keeping track what you have read and sharing with others. It's a great way to get book recommendations too.

We share about what we read too here: http://karen.pnn.com/6632-what-we-ve-just-read

Congrats on your SITS day!

Hey, Kerri! I've seen the movie Three. It was really good. I'll have to read some of his books. I read a few of Frank Peretti's books in high school.

Thanks for being optimistic. I'm really hoping he's in remission by Thanksgiving and Christmas. We'll see. Right now he's the same. Thanks for asking!

Hey Ashley,

If you like any kind of science fiction (Im' mean some of this is waaaay out there)...Ted Dekker. He is BRILLIANT. One of the best authors ever. His word choices are impeccable. He is a Christian author. Not all of his books are overtly Christian, per se, but they all have the good vs. evil theme. Start with Three. Skin is amazing too. And the Black, Red, White series...I think the new one out is Green, which is actually a prequel.

GOOD STUFF!
How is David...Humira making nay difference yet? I know it's supposed to take a while, just being optimistic!
