WFMW – DVD Space Saving Storage Solution

When we moved from Texas to New Jersey, we were given a very small moving allowance from my husband’s new company. We had to make every dollar and square inch count. Necessity is indeed the mother of invention.
David had the ingenious idea to get rid of our DVD and Blu-Ray cases. We took a lot of DVDs to Movie Trading Company, and with the money we made David purchased this case to store the remaining discs in. By the way, did you know Movie Trading Company doesn’t even take VHS?
It takes up so much less room than storing DVDs in their original cases. It works for me!

My older brother is a student out of state and he packaged up all of his DVDs like that. I love it when he comes to visit because I get to watch all of his great flicks and he can take them anywhere easily. I really need to do this!
Great idea! We did this with our cd cases and it saved so much space! But we still have all the cases in the basement and I’m too scared to throw them out!
Yep! Yep! Yep! That’s how all of mine are stored!! It’s AWESOME! Way less dust and clutter.
Hi, Visiting from SITS – my daughter and her husband did the same thing and ended up with many albums of CDs. They have a huge collection….

My husband did this too. The only problem is that it made it very easy for some one to steal all of them.
