Night Guard

Here’s a picture of me wearing my night guard. It doesn’t prevent me from clenching or grinding my teeth, but it minimizes the damage.

The last night guard I had was called an NTI. It was a little piece of plastic that sat on the two middle teeth in the bottom of my mouth. It kept my back teeth from touching while I was wearing it.

Here’s another picture that may give you a better view.

Mouth full of plastic. Expensive plastic.

I have an NTI too!! It helps some but now it’s caused an anterior open bite since I clench so hard at night!
