Weekend Update

Hi, y’all! Hope you had a wonderful weekend.

I went to a lovely ladies retreat Friday night and Saturday with some ladies from our church. It was a wonderful time of food and fellowship. It was really nice to spend time with other people and not have to think, “Oh, we should probably leave soon. David’s back is probably hurting.”

David enjoyed hours of un-interrupted video games. Friday night after I left he took Henry for a walk (Yippee!) and then played video games until four in the morning. He didn’t even eat dinner. Here’s a direct quote from David: “I haven’t done that since…how long have I known you?”

Today, Monday, we should know if we are approved for the Humira financial assistance. Phones will begin ringing, emails and posts sent as soon as I hear something. Thank you all so much for your prayers.
