Phew! What a Week!

David’s father got to come visit us. He was headed to New York on business. He arrived Wednesday afternoon, and we had a great time visiting over dinner. It was so nice to see some family.

The next morning David got up early and went to the Apple Store to get the Iphone 4. FIL and I got up later, and went to meet him for breakfast. If you were anywhere near an Apple Store Wednesday, you probably understand why we had to go eat breakfast without him. The line was insane.

Writing

I’ve also been writing a novel. It’s really strange. I’ve had several ideas for stories that I thought were much better and easier to write than this one, but this is the farthest I’ve ever come with a story. Hopefully I can find an agent and/or publisher once I get it finished.

What is Psoriatic Arthritis?

If you asked me what Psoriatic Arthritis is, I’d say it’s a terrible disease that has changed my life. It’s debilitating and frustrating and taking some Aleve won’t cure it. That’s one of the biggest misconceptions. That David has arthritis like your Grandma got arthritis in her fingers when she was 80 and couldn’t knit any more until the doctor gave her Celebrex and now she’s doing great. It’s not the same kind of arthritis at all.
